Back It or Bin It

1. This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who hold a registered Betfair account in the United Kingdom & Ireland, subject to these terms and conditions.
2. One entry per customer per round. Betfair reserves the right to withdraw availability to any customer or group of customers at any time.
3. The promotion will run during the 2026/27 football season (the “Promotional Period”). Individual rounds will be available on selected matchdays across the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup & EFL Cup within the Promotional Period, as communicated on the promotional page.
4. Each round will:
a. Close at the scheduled kick-off time of the earliest included match within that round.
b. Included matches will be shown on the entry page for each round.
5. Some rounds may contain questions relating to multiple matches taking place on the same day. Where a round includes multiple matches, entries will close at the kick-off time of the earliest scheduled match included in that round.
6. Customers must have an active account and must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted during the Promotional Period. There are no staking requirements to participate.
7. Customers with restrictions on their account and/or who have been previously excluded from Betfair promotions will not be eligible to claim prizes from this game.

Game Availability & Mechanic

8. Users can opt in to this game by clicking the “Play for Free” button signposted at the start of the game experience.
9. Each Back It or Bin It round will contain a selected number of prediction questions relating to football matches in the 2026/27 season in selected leagues & competitions.
10. Customers must answer all prediction questions in any given round.
11. To qualify for the jackpot prize, customers must correctly predict the outcome of every question within that round.
12. To qualify for consolation prizes, customers must:

a. Get 6/7 predictions correct to be awarded a £5 free bet. Terms & conditions can be found here
b. Get 5/7 predictions correct to be awarded a 10% Bet Boost Token. Terms & conditions can be found here

13. Customers can change their answers at anytime before the round is live (ie: before the official start time of the earliest match within that round). After this time the round will be locked and no further changes will be accepted.
14. There will be one Jackpot available per round and the value may vary.
15. The Jackpot value will be communicated at the point of entry.
16. The player(s) who answer all questions correctly for each day will win a share of the Jackpot for that game round.
17. If there are no players who answer all questions correctly the Jackpot will remain unclaimed.
18. The Jackpot will be split equally between all players who answer every question in that round correctly.
19. All outcomes will be determined by the official result of the relevant match(es) or event(s) as settled by Betfair. Betfair’s settlement is final.
20. In the event that a relevant match or market is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, materially changed, or otherwise voided for betting purposes, Betfair reserves the right to void the affected question(s), amend the round scoring criteria and prize distribution, or cancel the relevant round entirely were reasonably necessary.
21. Customers who qualify for a consolation prize will be awarded the applicable prize following the conclusion of the relevant round.
22. Customers who correctly answer 6 out of 7 predictions will be awarded a £5 Free Bet. The Free Bet will be subject to the applicable Betfair Free Bet Terms and Conditions.
23. Customers who correctly answer 5 out of 7 predictions will be awarded a 10% Bet Boost Token. The Bet Boost Token will be subject to the applicable Betfair Bet Boost Token Terms and Conditions.
24. The Free Bet and Bet Boost Token are non-transferable & have no cash out.

Prize Crediting & Verification

25. Winners of the Jackpot Prize will be notified by email or telephone number within 72 hours of the Promotional Period ending.
26. It is each player’s sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date on their account.
27. Winners of cash prizes will be required to verify (with evidence satisfactory to the Betfair) their:

a. Age
b. Identity
c. Residence; and
d. Any other verification information requested, to the satisfaction of the Betfair before they are eligible to receive their prize.

28. If the winner is not able, for whatever reason:

a. To accept a Prize
b. Verify their registration information to the satisfaction of the promoter
c. Has been found to have breached these Terms and Conditions; or
d. Cannot be contacted within 28 days;
e. Betfair reserves the right to disqualify that winner, and award the Prize to the next eligible participant on the leaderboard, if applicable

29. Betfair’s decision is final and legally binding

General Terms

30. Betfair reserves the right to change the terms, competitions, markets, or the availability, of this offer at any time. Any such change won’t materially impact customers already taking part in the promotion.
31. For customers using Euros, any prizes will be at an exchange rate of £1/€1.
32. Betfair reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude certain customers from this promotion. If you have been sent an email from Betfair excluding you from promotions, you will not qualify for this promotion.
33. Betfair reserve the right to withhold, restrict, or cancel this promotion from individual account holders in accordance with its eligibility, promotion abuse, and internal trading risk policies at its reasonable discretion and with prior notice.
34. Betfair reserves the right, acting reasonably to change, withdraw or increase the availability of and/or value of prizes throughout the Promotion Period at any time.
35. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of this offer to any player or group of players, or to modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time. This will not impact any players who have already started wagering under a promotion - such players will be given the opportunity to win a reasonable equivalent in the event the prize is withdrawn or changed
