Who can take part?

• The promotion is available for new and existing customers with a registered Betfair account, aged 18 or over.

How and when can I qualify?

• You must opt-in via banner/via promotions hub/promo page before you receive your free bet
• Bet £10 or more on the Golden Boot Market and get a £1 free bet builder for every goal your player scores throughout the tournament.
• Bet placed must be £10 or more – can be a £10 or more to win or £5 or more each way (at least£10 total).
• Single golden boot bets only. Selections as part of multiple bets will not qualify.
• Applies to the first bet of £10 or more placed on the World Cup 2026 Golden Boot market only.
• Only bets placed between 9am on Friday 22nd of May and 8pm on Thursday 11th June will qualify toward this promotion

What can I win?

• Max free bet builder £1 for every goal that your selection has in any game throughout the World Cup tournament.
• Free bet will be available to use for 7 days from when it is credited.
• Free bet stake not included in any subsequent winnings.
• Free bet can be used on football bet builders
• Example: Place a £10 bet on Harry Kane to win the golden boot. Kane scores 3 goals vs Croatia – you receive 3x £1 in free bet builders within 24 hours of the game finishing.

When will I get my prize?

• Free bets will be credited within 24 hours of the game finishing.

What else do I need to know?

• Cashed out or partially cashed out bets on the original selection, will not qualify for the offer.
• Void bets do not count towards qualification.
• Free bets do not count towards qualifying bets for the offer.
• 90 minutes and extra time count towards the promotion.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, ie: odds boost on World Cup Golden Boot winner.
• Goals in penalty shootouts do NOT count towards this promotion.

Other boring but essential stuff

• Betfair reserves the right to change the terms, competitions, markets, or the availability, of this offer at any time. Any such change won’t materially impact customers already taking part in the promotion.
